A Professional Pitching Blueprint
Developed a machine learning-based biomechanical model using 10,000+ in-game MLB pitches to identify key movement patterns tied to pitch velocity and injury risk.
Built with custom Python scripts and motion capture data from in-game footage.
Developed using a random forest regression model to identify key kinematic drivers of ball velocity.
Presented at the DBV and SABR and used by MLB performance departments to inform athlete development.
Football Micro-Movements
Developed a cluster modelling methodology using biomechanical data from professional football players to identify player-specific movement patterns and generate targeted recommendations for performance improvement.
